How much notice do I need to give?

Please submit your fully completed service agreement at least 48 business hours prior to the date.

Do I have to pay a set up service charge?

There is a charge of $30.00 plus HST for setting up or moving an account.

Do customers have to pay a security deposit?

A security deposit is required on all accounts. It may be waived under the following circumstance(s);
• You have been a North Bay Hydro residential customer within the last two years and have 12 months of good payment history General Service customer require 5 years good payment.

You security deposit earns interest. The interest is credited to your account at least every 12 months or on return of your security deposit, whichever comes first.

Your deposit is refunded back to your hydro account after one full year of good payment history.
