    North Bay Hydro’s Regulatory Scorecard

    The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has developed a scorecard for all local distribution companies across the Province as a tool to allow customers to gain a better sense of how well their utility is performing over a 5 year period. Utility scorecards track and show comprehensive performance information for each electricity utility in Ontario, over a range of time and for a specific year.

Moving, Renting or Purchasing a new property?

As a home owner, the steps that are required to set up hydro service with North Bay Hydro, are as follows:

Once the service agreement is filled out, scan and email or fax (705.474.8579) it to customerservice@northbayhydro.com with a copy of your ID, one being a photo or call us and ask to speak to one of our Customer Accounts Specialists.
